New players are entering the hospitality industry alongside the veteran generation of hoteliers. However, we are witnessing talented young employees leaving the industry for more comfortable and rewarding jobs, creating a shortage of quality personnel and professional knowledge, especially in the operational departments that are crucial for the hotel's daily functioning.

Third-Generation Hotelier
I inherited my deep love for hospitality and hotel management from my family. I am a third-generation hotelier in Israel: my grandfather, Morris Cassouto R.I.P, was the President of the Israel Hotel Association and, together with my grandmother Fortuna Cassouto R.I.P, managed a chain of hotels in the country. My father, Yuval, was also a seasoned hotelier, managing hotels throughout his life.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Munich. Over my career at global chains like Hilton and Accor, both in Israel and abroad, alongside private hotels in Israel, I gained professional experience in all aspects of hotel operations: starting as a front desk clerk, through housekeeping and sales, and up to senior roles such as Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Room Division – a field personally dear to me. Additionally, I have been exposed to various working methods and developed structured and efficient ways of working.
As a curious person who loves to explore innovations in the field, I am well-versed in various PMS systems, digital hotel services, and other technologies. In my last role as Head of the Rooms Division in a hotel establishment team, I implemented all the technological systems for the Room Division and established the front desk department from the planning stage of the counter.
